All services are fulfilled during consultations. The consultations are designated at time spent. All consultations are one hour or less, furthermore each individual consultation is billed as one hour. At the ending of a consultation, service is complete and the order is fulfilled. The ending of a consultation and/or service results when "Great Lakes Multimedia LLC or its members" or a "client" disconnect a call or online discussion, a "client" fails to reply to any email from "Great Lakes Multimedia LLC or its members" within one week of begin sent, or "Great Lakes Multimedia LLC or its members" decide to end the relationship or consultation.
